डिजिटल मीडिया पत्रकारांवरील दाखल केलेल्या गुन्ह्यांची चौकशी करणे बाबत पत्रकार सुरक्षा समितीचे जिल्हाधिकारी यांना निवेदन देण्यात आले.
सोलापूर (प्रतिनिधी ) बातमी लावण्यावरून सोलापूर शहरातील काही युट्युब च्या पत्रकारांवर पोलीस प्रशासनाने सोलापूर शहरातील काही पोलीस ठाण्यात गुन्हे दाखल केले आहेत सदरची बाब अतिशय गंभीर असून बातमी लावण्यावरून गुन्हे दाखल होत असतील तर पत्रकारिता करायची कशी? असा प्रश्न निर्माण झाला असून सदर गुन्ह्यांची चौकशी करण्याची मागणी मुख्यमंत्र्यांकडे करण्यात आली आहे.
वास्तविक पाहता बातमी लावणे हा पत्रकारांचा हक्क व संविधानिक अधिकार आहे.
बातमी लावण्यावरून पत्रकारांवर दाखल होत असलेले गुन्हे ही बाब पुरोगामी महाराष्ट्रला शोभणारी नसून चक्क लोकशाहीच्या चौथ्या स्तंभावर घाला असल्याची भावना पत्रकारांमध्ये निर्माण झाली असून आपण महाराष्ट्र मध्ये की बिहार मध्ये? असा सवाल पत्रकारांमधून विचारला जात आहे.
तरी जिल्हाधिकारी आशीर्वाद यांनी या प्रकरणी जातीने लक्ष घालून बातमी लावण्यावरून पत्रकारांवर दाखल करण्यात आलेल्या खोट्या गुन्ह्यांची चौकशी करून पत्रकारांवरील दाखल करण्यात आलेले गुन्हे पाठीमागे घेण्याबाबत प्रशासनाला आदेश द्यावा अशी मागणी पत्रकार सुरक्षा समिती वतीने अप्पर जिल्हाधिकारी यांना निवेदन सादर करण्यात आले.
यावेळी पत्रकार सुरक्षा समितीचे प्रदेश अध्यक्ष यशवंत पवार दैनिक लोकशाही मतदार चे संपादक अक्षय बबलाद संदीप चव्हाण महेश पवार उपस्थित होते.
